Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Homegrown product(s) we will replace the product(s) or issue a refund within 30 days of purchase.  All returns or exchanges must show proof of purchase. You can expect your exchange or refund to be reflected on your bank/credit card statement within 7-10 business days. Please note, the shipper is responsible for shipping fees incurred when returning product(s). 

To exchange or return products:

• Please include your online order number or original receipt. Remember to include it in your return shipment.
• Pack up and ship the product(s) you’d like to return. (We recommend a shipping method that allows for tracking/shipping updates.)
